Stephanie joined the Firm in March 2011 as a solicitor in the Corporate department. She has advised on a range of corporate transactions for both public and private companies across a variety of sectors. In addition Stephanie has also advised on corporate governance and non-transactional matters including the Companies Act 2006.

• Acted for a US investment firm on the sale of a majority interest in a UK outsourcing company.
• Acted for a property development company on a placing to raise funds for a property acquisition program, and advised on the adoption of Companies Act 2006-complaint articles of association across the group as part of a refinancing.
• Acted for a mining company in relation to its global offer to raise funds for new mining acquisitions.
• Advised a joint venture on various corporate matters in relation to its acquisition of a UK airport, including a listing on the CISX.
