Sarah specialises in advising on UK residential property and in particular in acquisitions and disposals for a wide range of clients from high net worth individuals, foreign investors, trust companies investment companies to banks dealing predominantly with central London properties focussing on the prime and super prime residential market.

Sarah also advises banks in property financing transactions and is also qualified to practise as a solicitor in the British Virgin Islands. As such, Sarah advises banks, companies, trust administrators and law firms on the ability of a British Virgin Islands International Business Company to enter into transactions.
