Richard Trainer
Richard resolves commercial disputes, particularly those involving fraud, breach of contract, professional negligence or insolvency. Richard has been involved in large scale and complex litigation, arbitration, and various kinds of alternative dispute resolution. He has experience in obtaining asset freezing and search orders, and injunctions to protect clients against theft of commercial secrets.
Richard has also worked for various English regulators investigating complex frauds, conspiracies, and insolvencies under statutory powers. He is qualified in England & Wales, Australia and New Zealand and has been with the Firm since 2008. He is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association (YFLA) and the London Solicitors Litigation Association (LSLA).
