Nina specialises in civil fraud and commercial litigation, acting for both businesses and private individuals. She has acted in commercial disputes involving dishonesty, fraud and corruption issues and has been involved in obtaining injunctions to recover assets with a focus on freezing assets and seizing evidence in order to force settlement. She has also assisted in many cases involving insolvency matters.
Nina has been involved in a number of data theft and recovery cases using civil fraud injunctive procedures involving breach of fiduciary duty and breach of confidence. Specifically, Nina has acted for Claimants in obtaining Search Orders, Delivery-up and Restraining Orders.
Nina is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association (YFLA) and the Fraud Women's Network (FWN).
