Niki is a solicitor in the Corporate department. She advises on a full range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and re-organisations and has worked on a number of cross-border transactions. She also advises a number of corporate clients in the leisure, IP and IT sectors in relation to their commercial agreements.
Niki is a member of the Firm's Betting & Gaming Group and advises clients in this sector in relation to regulatory issues.
Niki recently acted for the shareholders of Commodore Travel on the disposal of its entire issue share capital to Statesman Travel. The new combined group will become one of the top 10 UK travel management companies in terms of transactional volume, with revenues approaching £100 million.

- Advised a group of investors led by the Matterhorn Palos Partnership (Matterhorn Capital owned by Anthony Lyons & Simon Conway) and Brett Palos Investments (owned by Brett Palos) on their £113.5 million acquisition of the Kings Mall Shopping Centre in Hammersmith, London W6
- Advised CB Richard Ellis, the world’s leading commercial property adviser, on an agreement with the UK’s largest residential property services group, Countrywide
- Advised on the sale of Carbon Resource Management BV to Vitol SA
- Advised on the acquisition of the five star St James's Club and Hotel in London for a price in the region of £60m
- Advised an airline client on an asset purchase transaction in the leisure industry
