Neville is a solicitor in the Corporate department, advising on a full range of corporate transactions. He has advised a number of the largest private equity firms in London, including Cinven and CVC Capital Partners, on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and on reorganisations of portfolio companies. In addition to private equity work, Neville has advised corporate clients on corporate governance matters and on compliance with the Companies Act 2006, and has been involved in the restructuring of companies affected by the economic downturn.

Neville joined the Firm in June 2010 from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP where he had been an associate, having also trained at Freshfields.

Advised on the $2.2 billion acquisition by CVC Capital Partners Limited of the Central and Eastern European operations of Anheuser-Busch InBev, the leading global brewer (2009 Private Equity Deal of the Year, Acquisitions Monthly)
Advised McCarthy & Stone on its £980,000,000 full balance sheet restructuring in 2009
Advised Tesco in connection with the Competition Commission's inquiry into supermarkets and the Office of Fair Trading's allegations of price fixing in the dairy industry
