Michael specialises in contentious finance and banking, particularly in the area of fraud, recoveries and insolvency. An important part of this is advising clients in urgent situations on how to protect their positions and, where appropriate, obtain injunctive relief.
He acts for a variety of financial institutions including banks and asset based lenders, businesses and insolvency practitioners, and is a member of ABFA (Asset Based Finance Association) and R3 (the Association of Business Recovery Professionals). Michael has been with the Firm since 2001.
