Melanie is a Solicitor in the Firm's Family department. Her practice involves all issues facing separating families, including divorce, the financial consequences of separation, child contact and residence issues and international relocation applications. She has a particular expertise in resolving corporate issues in the context of divorce. Melanie is a law graduate of Staffordshire University and has been with Mishcon since 2008.
