Lizzy specialises in commercial real estate work, dealing with both investment and development transactions and acting for both landlords and tenants. She also has experience of healthcare PFI transactions. She joined the Firm as a trainee in 2004 and qualified in 2006.

Regularly advising the Gentian group of companies in relation to various A1/A3 schemes as part of £70-400 million hospital PFI transactions.
