Laurence joined as a solicitor in the Firm's Corporate Department in 2007. Here he deals with mergers and acquisitions, re-organisations, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures. This specialist knowledge is backed up by the work he also does in financial services and regulatory matters.

His experience covers a variety of sectors including telecommunications, education, services, retail/wholesale, manufacturing and fashion.

Advised leading brand owner on its equity investment in an up-and-coming British fashion brand.

Advised the management team of a high-tech manufacturing company in relation to a co-investment programme (alongside a sector-focused private equity firm which invests in UK based companies) worth approximately £27.5 million.

Advised on the sale of an interest in an international telecommunications company.

Acted for an airline in respect of commercial matters including dealing on its behalf with the Civil Aviation Authority.
