Laura joined in May 2010 as a solicitor in the Firm's Corporate Department. She is experienced in corporate finance, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, re-organisations and shareholders’ agreements and has acted for both public and private companies.

Her experience covers a variety of sectors including mining, manufacturing, telecommunications, education, services and retail/wholesale.

Advised an AIM listed property investment company on a placing of new ordinary shares, subject to clawback under an open offer, to raise €10.5

Advised an AIM listed gold mining company on a placing of new ordinary shares to raise £5.7m and the partial conversion of convertible loan agreements

Advised on the cross-border merger by absorption by a UK private limited company of a Dutch B.V

Advised an AIM listed company on a disposal resulting in a fundamental change of business under Rule 15 of the AIM Rules
