Kirpal is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate department. She focuses her attention on three areas: commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and portfolio funding for corporate borrowers. She has expertise in acting for both institutional clients and entrepreneurs. Her clients include companies such as Helical Bar Plc, O&H Properties, Topland Group and UBS Global Asset Management (UK). Having begun her career as a trainee at Mishcon in 2002, Kirpal qualified in 2004. She is a fluent Punjabi speaker.
