Kevin specialises in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Much of his work has an international dimension to it with a large part of his practice having a middle eastern, South African and international bias. He also advises on international tax matters, particularly offshore trusts and the international tax structuring of companies.
Before joining Mishcon de Reya, Kevin was a partner at Bayer Rosin. He joined Mishcon de Reya with his corporate team in April 1995 and took over as head of the department in December of that year. He became Managing Partner in 1997.
Kevin's clients range from entrepreneurs to international corporations and include hotels, caterers, pharmaceuticals and other commercial organisations. He is increasingly instructed to lead the commercial negotiations on behalf of clients in addition to providing more traditional legal input. He has a practical and pragmatic approach and has developed a formidable reputation among his clients for effective negotiation on their behalf.
