Kate is a solicitor in the immigration group, specialising in all aspects of UK immigration with a particular focus on applications made under the Points–Based System. Kate has regularly advised multinational clients on how to successfully navigate Tier 2 of the Points Based System.

Kate also has experience with personal immigration applications including family migration, EEA applications, permanent residency and British citizenship.
 

Key experience

• Working in-house at a client site, a multinational investment bank, to oversee the implementation of Tier 2, working directly with the business and HR to ensure a smooth transition
• Working on complicated British naturalisation matters, gaining approval on applications that fall outside of the UK government’s requirements
