Joseph's work focuses on dispute resolution, predominantly in banking and finance. As an assistant solicitor (in the Firm's Dispute Resolution Department) his time is spent dealing with consumer credit disputes, customer and merchant acquirer disputes and regulatory proceedings. But it is not just banking and finance. He also works on general commercial and corporate dispute resolution matters.
Joseph has a business grounding that extends beyond life in a law firm. Prior to joining Mishcon he worked in the European legal department of GE, assisting with the IPO of its financial insurance business. Before that, he worked for Granada Media: two years in marketing and three specialising in the development of online content and e-business partnerships. He also has an MA in Medieval History.
