Jonathan is a solicitor in the firm’s Real Estate Dispute Resolution team, specialising in contentious issues relating to commercial and residential property.

He acts for commercial landlords and tenants, retailers and restaurateurs and has expertise in dealing with all issues arising from the landlord and tenant relationship. He regularly advises on contested and uncontested lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations and breaches of covenants. In addition to these matters, Jonathan is often instructed to recover rent and service charge arrears.

Jonathan's experience in relation to residential property includes disputes over rights of way and restrictive covenants, possession claims and claims of nuisance.
