Jade is an assistant solicitor in the Firm's Real Estate department. She advises on all planning matters for a wide range of public and private sector projects including major residential, office and mixed use schemes. To this end she has a wealth of experience with s.106 agreements, planning applications, highways agreements, road closure orders, listed buildings and conservation areas, as well as in the planning and environmental aspects of major property and corporate transactions. Illustrative of her experience are the s.106 agreements she recently completed simultaneously with the Boroughs of Ealing and Hillingdon for client Gifto Properties Limited.
