Jackie is a European Trade Mark Attorney, who handles all aspects of trade marks, designs and copyright law and practice. This includes reviewing trade mark portfolios, devising strategies for UK and worldwide trade mark programmes, trade mark searching, filing and trade mark disputes (opposition, revocation and invalidity proceedings) of UK, Community and worldwide trade mark and design applications, as well as general management and maintenance of portfolios.

Jackie has worked with a wide range of industries such as telecommunications, retail (clothing, cosmetics, jewellery and sports goods), financial, publishing and travel. Specific clients include one of the UK's leading accountancy firms, a global energy company and various music artists. She is a member of both the Associate Member of Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys and International Trademark Association (INTA).
