Ian is a solicitor in the firm's dispute resolution department specialising in fraud and banking/finance related claims. His most recent cases have involved breaches of fiduciary duties and a banking dispute relating to the interpretation of certain key clauses of a facility agreement. Ian also has experience in dealing with dishonesty and breach of trust claims, together with diversion of business opportunities and other aspects of commercial and corporate fraud. Such work commonly involves the use and defence of freezing injunctions and search orders, along with action to trace and recover assets.
