Fabienne specialises in fraud litigation and more specifically corruption litigation, ex parte orders, freezing orders and multi-site search orders, disclosure injunctions, employment disputes and cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of confidence, and secret profits.
She is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association (YFLA) and the Fraud Women's Network (FWN). Fabienne joined Mishcon de Reya in 2007. She is a graduate of the University of Leeds and fluent in French.
