Dhara is a solicitor in our Real Estate department. She specialises in commercial property work and has experience in a variety of transactions involving the sale and purchase of investment properties, assisting with due diligence on high value transactions, negotiating commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants and dealing with management issues on large portfolios.
Dhara was trained at Mishcon and qualified in September 2010. As part of her training contract, she completed two six month seats in the Real Estate department and therefore has already gained a significant amount of transactional experience working for a range of clients including Delancey, London and City Group and Commercial Estates Group.
