David is a Partner in the Family department, with 20 years experience in family law practice. He specialises in all aspects of relationship breakdown including issues relating to financial fall-out, contentious Children Act applications, complex applications (often with an international element), and the enforcement of the resulting orders. He also pioneered the use of Production Appointments whereby third parties are compelled to produce documentary evidence if a main party in the divorce proceedings is suspected of hiding assets.
David became a Partner at Mishcon in 2008 and is listed as an expert in family law in UK Legal Experts 2011 and Chambers 2011. In 2010 David was elected a fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
