Dan is a Partner and Head of the Finance and Banking Group. He is also a key member of the Fraud team. Working on heavyweight commercial litigation and arbitration, Dan's focus is corporate fraud and financial disputes: breaches of fiduciary duty, bribery and corruption, conflicts of interest, derivative actions, and shareholder disputes.
High profile multi-jurisdictional claims under his direction have recovered hundreds of millions of pounds in damages for his clients. They include high profile hedge funds and other financial institutions. They are testimony to Dan's aggressive, ROI approach.
He is also recognised as an expert on the law relating to covert investigations, and has a number of the world's most renowned investigative agencies as clients.
