Clare is a solicitor in the Immigration department where she advises individual and corporate clients. Many of Clare's clients are skilled workers and high net worth individuals seeking investor visas. Client companies come from a wide range of industries, notably the banking, IT and the fashion industry.

Clare has experience with Tier 1 (Investor) applications; Tier 1 (General) extension applications, registering corporate clients as Tier 2 sponsors; obtaining Certificate of Sponsorships; applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain and applications for naturalisation as a British Citizen.

Clare joined the Firm in September 2008 after qualifying as a non-practising Barrister and cross qualified as a Solicitor in July 2010.
