Clare has also advised on a number of finance lease transactions, UK employment tax issues and investment opportunities in renewable energy.
Mishcon de Reya recently acted for the shareholders of Commodore Travel on the disposal of its entire issue share capital to Statesman Travel. The new combined group will become one of the top 10 UK travel management companies in terms of transactional volume, with revenues approaching £100 million.
