Christina Newton is a solicitor in our Corporate department. Her experience covers a broad range of corporate work, including equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate.

Christina has acted for both public and private companies from various industry sectors, such as telecoms, biotech, media, life sciences and energy. 

Key Experience

  • Advising on a joint venture agreement for a copper/cobalt mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
  • Advising on an asset and share acquisition of an international communications business spanning 45 jurisdictions.
  • Advising a nomad in relation to a telecommunications company’s admission to AIM.
  • Advising a PLUS market listed, media company on a whitewash circular and subsequent share buyback.
