Chris is a Solicitor in the Firm's Dispute Resolution department and has a broad range of experience in general commercial litigation but also specialises in fraud and finance and banking cases. He has engaged in a wide range of disputes, acting both for and against investors, creditors, debtors and members of partnerships and joint ventures as well as consumer credit actions and debt and equity investments.
Chris has acted both for and against financial institutions, providing general strategic advice to clients and has represented companies and individuals involved in disputes with consumers, national and worldwide institutions and government agencies.
In addition to his work in finance and banking litigation, Chris has knowledge of matters involving dynamic use or defence of freezing injunctions and search orders, along with investigative action designed to trace and recover assets.
