Benedict is a corporate lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, with a particular interest in real estate related transactions including structuring, acquisitions and joint ventures. Benedict has advised a wide range of multinational clients from different industry sectors. Examples of client companies include CB Richard Ellis, Mariana Capital Markets, Capcom Limited, Delancey, Manhattan Lofts Corporation, Capital & Counties Properties Plc and Quotient Bioresearch.

Benedict joined the Firm in May 2010 from Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe and speaks Russian and French.
