Annie Jaskel
Annie is a solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department with a broad background in commercial litigation. She specialises in civil fraud, both for claimants and defendants, assisting in cases involving data theft, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of confidence resulting in obtaining Delivery-up Orders. Annie also has experience in alternative dispute resolution, in particular, mediation. From a defendant perspective, Annie has experience of cases involving investigations by the Serious Fraud Office and the Financial Services Authority, as well as dealing with world wide freezing orders. Annie is a member of the Young Fraud Lawyers Association (YFLA).
