Amy is a professional support lawyer in the Corporate department. Amy's role includes updating the Corporate group's precedents, updating fee earners on new legal developments and training. Prior to joining the Firm, Amy worked at Jones Day where her practice covered the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate law. Her experience included acting for companies and individuals on domestic and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
