Alice’s work covers all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, retail and investment work. Clients include property companies, funds and entrepreneurs and more specifically names such as Chesham Capital, Dreams PLC, TK Maxx, Helical Bar Plc, Premier Diversified Property Fund, Topland Group, UBS Global Asset Management (UK) Limited and Virtue Trustees (Switzerland) AG.
Alice joined the Firm as a trainee in 2005. She became an Assistant in 2007. She has a degree in English Literature from the University of Newcastle.
