Real Estate Boost for Mishcon de Reya
In line with its exciting plans for growth and its promising end to 2009, Mishcon de Reya’s Real Estate Department is delighted to announce the appointment of Nick Minkoff and Stephen Hughes who join the firm as Partners from SJ Berwin.
Minkoff’s first day was on Monday 18th January with Stephen Hughes starting in late February.
Nick Minkoff has gained extensive experience in many aspects of commercial real estate work for a range of clients including quoted and private property companies, property outsourcing companies, private investors and occupiers. He has particular expertise in development projects and the acquisition and disposal of high value investment properties.
Nick is also a member of the Investment Property Forum.

Stephen Hughes has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate work including portfolio acquisitions and disposals, development work, joint ventures and structuring having acted for a broad range of UK and overseas clients.
Chambers describes Stephen as having emerged as "a rising star who has tremendous experience for his age" and lists him as one of the up and coming individuals in the real estate sector.
