New Corporate Partner for Mishcon de Reya

Mishcon de Reya's Corporate Team is pleased to announce the appointment of Dean Poster, who joins the Firm as Partner from Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe (Europe) LLP. Dean's arrival is evidence of the Group's continuing growth and, in particular, the commitment to strengthening one of its core offerings in mergers and acquisitions.

Dean’s first day at the Firm will be Monday 12 April.

Dean has built an impressive practice focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and most recently on property-related corporate work where he has advised on deals in excess of £1.5bn. He has a wide range of experience advising companies involved in the telecommunications, media and financial sectors. Prior to joining Orrick, Dean was Head of UK Corporate and Commercial Law at Coudert Brothers, and was Managing Partner of their London office.

Dean is ranked as a leading lawyer for M&A deals, £50m-£250m, Legal 500 2009 which says of him: "Clients attest that Dean Poster is 'one of the best lawyers we have ever encountered.”
