Mishcon de Reya's Dispute Resolution department is pleased to announce the appointment of Saul Rachel, who joins the Firm as an Assistant from Brian Harris & Co.

Saul’s arrival on the 29th November 2010 continues our expansion of the firm’s Fraud Defence practice, which has doubled in size over the last year, and saw the addition of Partner Martin Shobbrook in April. The practice now boasts 9 fee earners and sits within our Fraud Group.

Saul brings with him broad litigation experience with a focus on bribery and corruption, restraint proceedings, confiscation matters and challenges under the Directors Disqualifications Act. His arrival follows the launch of Mishcon ASSURE™, a product designed to assist Mishcon’s clients to meet the standards set out in The Bribery Act 2010, which is due to become law in April 2011.
