Mishcon de Reya has acted on the acquisition and lease-back of two care homes from the main market listed company, Southern Cross Healthcare Group PLC. Orchid View, Copthorne and Kingsfield, Faversham were acquired by Citrus Copthorne Real Estate Limited and Citrus Faversham Real Estate Limited respectively for a total cash consideration of £14 million and the initial annual rent payable by Southern Cross is £1.12 million.
