Mishcon de Reya has acted as UK commercial adviser to Sky Alliance Resources, Inc (SARI)

Mishcon de Reya has acted as UK commercial adviser to Sky Alliance Resources, Inc (SARI) on the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary Sky Alliance Resources Guinee SA (SAR Guinee) to West African Iron Ore Corp in a reverse takeover transaction on the TSX Venture Exchange. SAR Guinee currently holds certain iron ore permits in the Republic of Guinea, located in the Forecariah and Kerouane tenements.

As part of the consideration for the sale SARI has been issued 24.5m common shares in West African Iron Ore Corp and will be entitled to additional shares upon the completion of certain resource milestones. Effective from closing of the transaction, Mr Guy Duport (President and CEO of SARI) has been appointed as CEO and director of West African Iron Ore Corp.
