Mishcon de Reya Appoints Two New Corporate Partners

Mishcon de Reya is delighted to announce the appointment of two new Partners, Gray Smith and Andrew Rimmington, who join the firm’s Corporate department.

Gray, an investment funds lawyer, specialises in non-contentious work and has over 20 years onshore and offshore experience; he is qualified in five jurisdictions. Prior to joining Mishcon de Reya, he was a Partner at Appleby Global in London.

Gray said: “Heading up Mishcon de Reya’s investment funds practice represents a excellent opportunity both for me and for the Firm to build a strong reputation for this kind of work."

Andrew specialises in M&A, private equity and multi-jurisdiction equity and debt offerings. He joins the firm with sixteen years experience, having spent the last two years as a Consultant to Affina Group Inc.

Andrew commented: “Mishcon de Reya’s M&A practice is enjoying an impressive period of buoyancy and I am greatly looking forward to returning to private practice and being a part of the team.”
