Mishcon de Reya advises Osem UK Limited on the acquisition of Yarden GB

Mishcon de Reya has advised existing client, Osem UK Limited on its acquisition of the business of Yarden GB, a leading distributor of kosher food in England, the deal completing on 31 July 2009. 

In 2008, Yarden GB’s revenue was ₤7 million. Nestlé International SA is the majority owner of Osem.  This deal significantly expands Osem's coverage of the UK kosher food products market.

Mishcon de Reya Corporate partner, Richard Tyler led the team and was assisted by corporate assistant Andrew Wolfin.
