Mishcon de Reya advises on sale of cinema for major hotel redevelopment

Mishcon de Reya has advised Chelsfield Partners and EAD on their sale of the former Pavilion Cinema in Shepherd’s Bush Green, London to Kosmopolito Hotels International for development as a large-scale hotel

The property has planning consent for a 242-bedroom hotel, which will cover 161,463 sq ft over 11 floors, behind the Grade II listed façade

Kosmopolito Hotels, a subsidiary of Far East Consortium International which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, currently operates 17 hotels in several countries across Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China. The Pavilion will be its first hotel in London.
