Mishcon de Reya advises an investment vehicle backed by Jon Hunt in relation to the purchase of 210/212 King’s Rd for £10million
Mishcon de Reya has acted for an investment vehicle backed by Jon Hunt in the purchase of 210/212, King’s Road SW3 for £10million from Gelleys Limited. The property is a retail warehouse.
Foxtons founder Jon Hunt, who sold the estate agency business in 2007 for £370million, is behind the investment vehicle backing this transaction, which is thought to be his fifth major commercial property deal since selling Foxtons.
The Mishcon de Reya team who advised on this transaction was led by Philip Freedman CBE QC (Hon), Partner and Alice Burlingham, solicitor, both of the Real Estate Group. The team has acted for companies backed by the same buyer on the purchase of Macmillan House Kensington for £16million, 77/95 Victoria St, London SW1 for just under £20million and 147/150 High Holborn for £23million.
