Mishcon de Reya acts on the acquisition of Capital & Regional Office HQ

The Real Estate team at Mishcon de Reya has completed the purchase of Capital & Regional’s HQ at 10 Lower Grosvenor Place, London SW1 for Kardamyla Holdings for £10.5million.

This transaction is the first property purchase for overseas investors Kardamyla Holdings in the UK.

Mishcon de Reya advised on all real estate aspects of the transaction and the team was led by Property Partner Daniel Lipman assisted by Simon Noonoo, Simon Chadowitz and Property Finance partner Luke Morris.
