Katherine Forster, a solicitor specialising in Tax and Wealth Planning and member of Mishcon de Reya's Private Department, has been named as one of the Top 35 under 35 young and upcoming private client advisory professionals alongside other lawyers, accountants, trustees and professional intermediaries. Katherine is a trusted advisor to colleagues and clients alike, all of whom value her detailed technical knowledge and her experience in dealing with the most unusual cases. Katherine has forged a particular specialism advising on UK tax for foreign domiciliaries in relation to their offshore structures. She is frequently quoted in the professional press, commenting on tax developments, and regularly speaks at seminars on complex tax issues.
