Disposal of a portfolio of seven properties; West Street Sheffield, Ulster Terrace London NW1, Clerkenwell Road London EC1, St Johns Hill Clapham London SW11, Queen Street Wolverhampton, London Road Grantham and Park Street Clifton to a joint venture between Catalyst Capital LLP and Close Brothers.

Property partner Daniel Lipman and corporate partner Larry Nathan led the Mishcon de Reya team.

The purchasers were represented by Eversheds where Richard Stephens and Lynde Marshall led the team. Chris Martin of Griffin Smith Conway in Hove was also involved in the transaction on behalf of St James Capital.
