Mishcon de Reya advised Lesley Steinitz, Andy Heather, Jeff Carson and Susan Carson on the sale of their shares in Picdar Group Limited to the Canadian company, NStein Technologies Inc.
Picdar Group Limited, is a provider of Digital Workflow and Asset Management solutions to newspapers, magazine and corporate publishers.
Corporate Partner Larry Nathan led the team of IP Partner Kiran Sandford and Corporate Assistant Andrew Wolfin, with assistance from corporate paralegal Nicholas Kirby.
Fasken Martineau were the lawyers for NStein Technologies Inc.
