Mishcon de Reya advises Metic Solutions

Mishcon de Reya recently advised Metic Solutions, the Dublin based building systems and products group, on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Melayway Glass Assemblies Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary Space Decks Systems Limited for a total consideration of approximately £3.8 in cash and shares.
Melayway specialises in glass, aluminium and timber curtain wall facades and Space Decks focuses on the design and installation of sophisticated glass and steel skylights.
Head of the Corporate Group, Nick Davis led the team, assisted by Banking Partner, Luke Morris, Corporate Assistant Solicitor, Shika Thakrar, Banking Assistant Solicitor, Alisa Kayser and Paralegal, Edwin Chik.
