Mishcon de Reya advised Hazlems Fenton and Nicholas Jones on the sale of Hazlems Financial Limited to Towry Law Finance Company Limited.
Hazlems Fenton is a London-based accountancy and financial advisory firm which specialises in Employee Benefits Consultancy and financial planning services to sports, entertainment and medical professionals. Towry Law are private and corporate wealth advisors.
