New tax win for Mishcon de Reya

Mishcon de Reya is pleased to announce the appointment of new Tax Partner, David Blumenthal, to the Firm's Corporate and Commercial Department.

David arrives at the Firm from Dewey Ballantine, where he has been a UK Tax Partner since 2004.  Prior to this, he was at Linklaters.  David has extensive experience in advising UK and overseas companies and financial institutions on UK taxation, in particular the UK tax implications of domestic and international mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, together with financings, hybrid instruments and tax products.
