Mishcon de Reya advises Maxima Limited

Mishcon de Reya advises Maxima Limited, a vehicle of the Dellal family, on the high-value sale of Capelle Properties Limited, whose sole asset is Shell-Mex House, an Art-Deco landmark office building on the Thames to US fund manager Westbrook. Shell-Mex House is the headquarters of Pearson Plc and Royal Dutch Shell Plc.
Richard Tyler, Head of Corporate Commercial Department led the Mishcon de Reya team.
Herbert Smith acted for the consortium of vendors collectively and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP acted for the Purchaser.
Speaking about the deal, Mishcon de Reya Head of Corporate, Richard Tyler said: "We are delighted to have represented this long-standing client in working with the other consortium members to conclude this high profile sale.'"
