Mishcon de Reya advises ACP Capital on its €33 million acquisition of a 45% stake in Leasecom Group SAS

Mishcon de Reya advised existing client ACP Capital (Cyprus) Limited on its €33 million acquisition of a 45% stake in Leasecom Group SAS, the holding company of France’s leading independent IT lease broker.
Leasecom is a financial leasing provider of telephone and computer hardware to French SMEs. With the assistance of ACP Capital's financing expertise, ACP aims to develop Leasecom into an active financing platform to the French SME market.
The Mishcon de Reya team was lead by corporate partner Kevin McCarthy, assisted by corporate senior assistant Karl Huckle and corporate assistant Rob Bennett.
