ACP Capital Limited makes strategic investment in GCI Management AG

Nick Davis of Mishcon de Reya advised existing client, ACP Capital Limited, the Jersey based niche integrated finance provider specialising in the European SME market, that listed on AIM in January 2006, on its strategic investment in GCI Management AG alongside Dr Gerald Reger and Dr Sabine Klett from Noerr Stiefenhofer Lutz.
ACP Capital Limited has agreed to acquire 2,401,805 new GCI shares at €8 each. GCI is a Deutsche Börse-listed private equity company focused on the SME sector in the German speaking part of Europe.
